Insulation Graphite
- Graphite Insulation can be delivered in the form of Felt or Rigid Board.
- Felt thickness can be delivered from thickness of 10mm and above.
- The Rigid Boards are manufacture by using these felts.
- The coating can be on one side or both sides.
- The coating material could be a foil or CFC or both.
- The board thickness usually is 40 mm but other custom thickness is available.
- The board material can be long fiber or short fiber material. All these variations can be provided.
- The usage temperatures up to 2200*C and in special cases to 3000*C.
Insulation Molybdenum / Other Exotic Material
- The insulation could be metal with the outer layers being Stainless steel and the inner layers being Molybdenum or other exotic material.
- These are used wherein the product being treated cannot be contaminated with Carbon.
- These products are supplied in sheet form and can also be preformed to customer drawings.
Insulation Holders
- For the graphite insulation, the holding is with CFC fasteners or with Molybdenum wires with CFC buttons.
- Standard holders are available but custom holders could be supplied as per customer drawings.
- For metal insulation, the holding is with exotic metal pins and wires with ceramic spacers.
Heating Elements
- The heating elements of Graphite material can be supplied based on customer drawings.
- Heaters, End Connectors, Power Terminals.
- Heating elements made of Molybdenum and the holders as per customer drawings can be supplied.
- Tungsten Heating rods can also be supplied.
Ceramics
- Ceramic tubes for terminal isolation, thermocouple isolation and special-shaped ceramics for hearth bars are in our portfolio.
- Standard shapes as well as custom designed shapes are available.
CCC Fan shaft and blades
- Operating temperature 1400 deg C.
- Material:- Carbon Composite.
